stockholders that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders at 10
a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Friday, May 11, 2018, at The Camden
Adventure Aquarium, 1 Riverside Drive, Camden, N.J. Stockholders of
record at the close of business on the record date, March 15, 2018, are
entitled to notice of, and to vote on, all matters that properly come
before the meeting. Doors to the meeting will open to the public at 9:30
a.m.
Stockholders or holders of authorized, legal proxies who plan to attend
the meeting in person should review the company’s admission card
requirements, which are described on page 5 of the company’s proxy
statement, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March
27, 2018.
